Early Registration and Drinks Reception
On the Sunday 4th September we will be giving you the chance to register early for the conference from 5:30pm - 7:30pm at the conference venue, Park Inn by Radisson, York.
Also between 6:30pm - 8:00pm we will be serving welcome drinks and light bites at the conference venue, so why not head over to register, meet old friends and new colleagues enjoying a nice drink and river views.
Social Trip
On the evening of Monday 5th September, there will be an additional social event. This will feature a Pleasure Cruise on the River Ouse in the beautiful historical town of York.
A delightful two hour's cruise on the river Ouse with an informative captain's commentary is a great opportunity to admire York, network, dine and relax. We will meet in the hotel reception at 6:20pm for a prompt 6:30pm departure. At 6.45pm we will board two boats: the River Palace and the Captain James Cook. Sailing at 7pm until 9pm the cruise is the best way to discover the city and end your evening there.
Subsidised by KES International, tickets for the trip will cost only £25 Pounds per person (including Captain's buffet/ glass of wine and commentary)

Conference Dinner
Dinner will take place at the Park Inn restaurant. We will start the evening at 7:30pm with a welcome cocktail over looking the York River shortly followed by our gala dinner followed by some LIVE entertainment!
We will be having a fun filled night celebrating 20 years of KES International with surprises and party gifts along the way! With stunning river views, the venue also encourages social interaction and networking. The conference gala dinner will take place on the evening of Tuesday 6 September for those with Full Registration or who have purchased a ticket.
Our dinner menu is as follows:
Farmhouse style Leek, Potato and Watercress Soup, complimented with a chive creme fraiche
Main Course
Tender Sirloin of Roast Beef, served with Yorkshire Pudding, Roast Potato's and a caramelised shallot and fresh thyme jus
*Vegetarian Option - (anyone wishing to choose the vegetarian option must make it know at the time of on-site registration)
Baked Gnocchi tossed with fresh spinach and juicy tomato, topped with a crisp, cheesy crumb
Dessert
Individual Apple and Berry Crumble Tarts with Vanilla Custard
Coffee and Mints to conclude
